Ingredients

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon coarse-grain dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 garlic cloves, peeled and halved

Preparation

In a small jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all the ingredients. Cover and shake vigorously. Leave the garlic in the dressing until ready to use, then remove and discard it.
