Worthy of a Special Occasion

This recipe is delicious!! So easy to make and minimal ingredients and effort. It looks very nice and is perfect served with warm garlic bread and a salad. My husband loved it too. Definitely will make again.

A great go to recipe! I did add a little more thyme and salt and pepper to taste, but super fast and easy!
