  • 18 ounce(s) ravioli
  • 4 ounce(s) oil packed sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 cup(s) broccoli florets
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) monterey cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cup(s) milk


  1. Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Place ravioli evenly in the dish. Sprinkle with sun-dried tomatoes that have been drained and chopped. Add broccoli. Top with cheeses. Whisk eggs and milk together and pour over dish.

  2. Cover and chill for 2 - 24 hours.

  3. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until the top is golden. Let rest for 10 minutes prior to serving.
