Raspberry Tea Spritzer

There's no point in using up all of your carb allowance in a beverage when you can sip on a refreshing sugar-free spritzer. You can make this sparkling tea with any flavored tea bags. And since one serving has less than 1 gram of carbohydrate, you don't have to count it in your meal plan.

  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 4 raspberry zinger herb tea bags
  • 2 cups sugar-free ginger ale, chilled


  1. 1. Pour boiling water over tea bags; cover and steep 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Remove tea bags, squeezing gently; cool tea. Stir in chilled ginger ale.
  3. 3. Serve over ice.
