There's no point in using up all of your carb allowance in a beverage when you can sip on a refreshing sugar-free spritzer. You can make this sparkling tea with any flavored tea bags. And since one serving has less than 1 gram of carbohydrate, you don't have to count it in your meal plan.
4 servings (serving size: 1 cup)
2 cups boiling water
4 raspberry zinger herb tea bags
2 cups sugar-free ginger ale, chilled
1. Pour boiling water over tea bags; cover and steep 5 minutes.
2. Remove tea bags, squeezing gently; cool tea. Stir in chilled ginger ale.
3. Serve over ice.
