Raspberry Sauce

This recipe goes with Pound Cake French Toast

  • Yield: Makes 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 3 (12-ounce) bags frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

Preparation

Process raspberries and sugar in a blender or food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Pour mixture through a wire-mesh strainer into a bowl, discarding seeds.
