- 3 (3-ounce) packages raspberry-flavored gelatin
- 3 3/4 cups boiling water
- 1 (15 1/4-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 2 (10-ounce) packages frozen raspberries, thawed and drained
- 3 bananas, diced
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Lettuce leaves (optional)
- Mayonnaise (optional)
How to Make It
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add pineapple to gelatin mixture, stirring well. Chill until mixture is consistency of unbeaten egg white.
Combine next 3 ingredients; fold into gelatin. Pour into a lightly oiled 9-cup ring mold; chill until firm. Unmold on lettuce leaves, and garnish with a dollop of mayonnaise, if desired.
