- 1/4 cup egg substitute
- 2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 3/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
How to Make It
Process first 4 ingredients in a blender or food processor until blended. Turn blender on high; add oil in a slow, steady stream; process until mixture thickens. Cover and chill.
