Raspberry Mayonnaise

Yield 1 1/3 cups


  • 1/4 cup egg substitute
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 3/4 cup olive or vegetable oil

How to Make It

  1. Process first 4 ingredients in a blender or food processor until blended. Turn blender on high; add oil in a slow, steady stream; process until mixture thickens. Cover and chill.
