Raspberry-Honey Coulis

A coulis (koo-LEE) is a sauce made by pureéing fresh fruits. This also makes a tasty topping for frozen yogurt or ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth. Press mixture through a sieve over a bowl, reserving liquid; discard seeds.
