Raspberry-Honey Coulis
A coulis (koo-LEE) is a sauce made by pureéing fresh fruits. This also makes a tasty topping for frozen yogurt or ice cream.

Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth. Press mixture through a sieve over a bowl, reserving liquid; discard seeds.
