Raspberry-Grape Smoothie

One cup of raspberries gives you half a day's dose of vitamin C and about a third of your daily fiber so fill up a tall glass of this Raspberry-Grape Smoothie and drink to your health.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup refrigerated unsweetened 100% grape juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 (6-ounce) carton strawberry low-fat yogurt

Preparation

1. Place all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately.
