Raspberry-Fudge Truffles

    These are so rich and delicious. They're great to give as gifts to teachers, coaches, hostess gifts, etc. The taste so wonderful people can't believe you made them yourself! I do find that the recipe requires more chocolate candy coating then called for to be able to cover all the pieces - but you can easily melt more and finish them off. Also, I've found that the time to refrigerate the filling prior to rolling is closer to 2 or 3 hours.

    I made these last Valentine's Day for Boyfriend, and he is still talking about them. I am looking forward to making them again this year. They are a special treat for any occasion, and they are delicious....

    These truffles are wonderful. I made lots of candy this year to give out as gifts, and everyone really enjoyed these. I left out the rasberry liquor (only because I didn't have time to go get any) and they were still very good. I would definatly make these again.

    These truffles are amazing! I have made them for Valentines Day last year and again just recently. Delicious!
