    Outstanding! So easy and so good! I used strawberries because that's what I had and it turned out great. I plan on making this again and again with different berries.

    The straining is a bit time-consuming. So I poured the buttermilk through the strainer and it went much faster. I added 1/2 cup of buttermilk because about 1/2 cup was caught up in the seeds and solids. The kid in me licked the bowl and it was hard to wait until the freezing was done!

    Sublime! Smooth and creamy. Used fresh blackberries and got rave reviews. Was somewhat worried about the buttermilk but not to worry. Can't wait to make it with raspberries next!

    This is a winner. I have used all kinds of fruit. EASY!! I am lucky to have an ice cream maker. I don`t bother to strain any fruit.

    My 13 year old daughter picked this out and made it. It was easy and delicious. Even my husband, who had no interest in raspberry sherbet, ate a bowl. We used frozen raspberries.
