Raspberry Buttercream Frosting

    Great recipe-not difficult to make and I used frozen raspberries and it still came out great. My hubby does not care too much for frosting and loved it. I will definitely make again and am looking forward to making some of the others.

    WOW! That's all I can say! I made a box white cake for a small dinner party and wanted a special frosting that I thought everyone would like....well, they LOVED this frosting! The whole cake was gone by the next day. I will make this yummy frosting again soon. It's absolutely scrumptious!

    This frosting is amazing!!! It was perfect for a summer's night! Not too sweet and the berries make it a little tart! Very refreshing!

    I tried this recipe tonight, it was good. but VERY sweet. I didnt even use all of the powdered sugar. I also used it on Chocolate cupcakes. Maybe I put too much frosting on them? It was good but again, very sweet.

    Fantastic! I used this to top Lemonade cupcakes and OH MY GOODNESS. So delicious! I garnished with raspberries and this frosting just made the whole dessert.

    This recipe floored me once I tasted it! did puree and strain the raspberries before adding them, and I also added 1 tsp of raspberry liqueur for added taste! Perfect! ^_^

    Amazing! Though i didn't have all of the 'exact' ingredients the recipe suggested, i improvised and it still turned out brilliant. I used frozen raspberries instead of fresh, "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!" instead of regular butter, sea salt instead of table salt, and vanilla imitation instead of normal vanilla extract. I used powdered sugar as it said on the ingredients though. But it's really good and i know i'll be using more often in the future now!

    Really good and simple frosting to make. Pureed and strained the raspberries as another commenter suggested, but could have used a bit of raspberry extract or liquor to help with taste. Had no problem piping onto cupcakes, just keep adding sugar until it's stiff!
