Really good and simple frosting to make. Pureed and strained the raspberries as another commenter suggested, but could have used a bit of raspberry extract or liquor to help with taste. Had no problem piping onto cupcakes, just keep adding sugar until it's stiff!
Amazing! Though i didn't have all of the 'exact' ingredients the recipe suggested, i improvised and it still turned out brilliant. I used frozen raspberries instead of fresh, "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!" instead of regular butter, sea salt instead of table salt, and vanilla imitation instead of normal vanilla extract. I used powdered sugar as it said on the ingredients though. But it's really good and i know i'll be using more often in the future now!
