1 (10-ounce) package frozen raspberries in light syrup, thawed
1 (12-ounce) can light beer, chilled
How to Make It
Place raspberries in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Pour raspberry puree through a wire-mesh strainer into a bowl; press with back of spoon against the sides of the strainer to squeeze out juice. Discard pulp and seeds remaining in strainer. Cover puree, and chill thoroughly.
Spoon raspberry puree evenly into glasses; pour beer evenly over puree, and stir well. Serve immediately.
