  1. Ranch Stir-Fried Carrots and Garden Vegetables

  2. 2 c. fresh baby carrots, sliced in half, lengthwise
  3. 1 small yellow onion, peeled and thinly sliced
  4. 1 cup broccoli florets, sliced into bite-size pieces
  5. 1 red bell pepper, stem removed, seeded, and sliced
  6. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  7. 1 pkt(1 ounce) Hidden Valley The Original Ranch Fiesta Ranch Dip Mix

  8. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

  9. Add veggies and stir-fry about 2 minutes making sure the veggies are well coated in the oil.

  10. Add the Hidden Valley The Original Ranch Fiesta Ranch Dip Mix and continuously stir-fry about 8 more minutes or until veggies are crisp-tender
