Our directions call for cooking the fries at a lower temperature and a little longer than the directions on the package.
Spray potatoes evenly with cooking spray, and place in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add dressing mix; seal bag, and shake to coat fries. Place in a single layer on a 15- x 10-inch jelly-roll pan.
Bake at 425° for 30 to 35 minutes; stir and bake 5 to 10 more minutes or until golden.
