Ranch Olé makes a tasty topper for plain burgers thanks to the jalapenos and scallions that lend kick and flavor to ranch dressing.
1 teaspoon finely chopped, seeded jalapeño
2 scallions, white and light green parts sliced
1 cup ranch dressing
Stir jalapeño and sliced scallions into ranch dressing. Chill before serving.
