Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz.) package egg noodles
- 1 cup diced lean ham
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
- 1. Cook egg noodles according to package directions; drain and return to pot.
- 2. Meanwhile, sauté ham in a lightly greased skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until crisp and fragrant. Set aside.
- 3. Add butter and remaining ingredients to noodles, stirring to blend. Divide mixture evenly among 6 serving dishes, and top with ham.
