Ranch Mac And Cheese

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce(s) elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 cup(s) milk
  • 3 tablespoon(s) butter, cubed
  • 1/2 envelope(s) ranch salad dressing mix
  • 1 teaspoon(s) garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic pepper blend
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) shredded colby & jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup(s) sour cream

Preparation

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain. In pasta pot, combine the milk, butter, dressing mix and seasonings; heat through. Stir in Monterey Jack and Colby cheeses until melted. Stir in sour cream.

Stir macaroni into cheese sauce. Cook on low for 3-5 minutes.
