  • 2 tablespoons thawed orange juice concentrate
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1/3 cup chilled club soda

How to Make It

  1. Combine concentrate, sugar, and juice in a cocktail shaker; shake 30 seconds.
