Ramos Gin Fizz

2 teaspoons super-fine granulated sugar
1 egg white
1/4 teaspoon orange flower water
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ounce gin
Crushed ice


Combine first 7 ingredients in container of an electric blender; process well. Pour over crushed ice in prepared glass.
