Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded English cucumber
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, stir together yogurt, cucumber, chopped onion, chopped tomato, and salt and pepper. Cover and chill until cold, at least 1 hour or up to 1 day.
