Raita
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup shredded English cucumber
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped tomato
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
- In a bowl, stir together yogurt, cucumber, chopped onion, chopped tomato, and salt and pepper. Cover and chill until cold, at least 1 hour or up to 1 day.
