1. Combine raisins, nuts and lemon peel and juice. Set aside.
2. Beat butter until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in sugars, cinnamon and salt.
4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
5. Stir in raisin mixture.
6. Spoon into pie shell.
7. Bake in pre-heated 400 oven for 15 minutes.
8. Reduce heat to 350 and continue baking 20 minutes, or until set in center.
9. Cool.
