Radishes with Butter and Salt
Yield: Makes 6 to 8 servings
- 1/2 pound small radishes, scrubbed and trimmed
- 6 tablespoons European or European-style butter, at room temperature
- About 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- Place the radishes in a small serving dish. Serve the butter and a small dish of salt on the side. Direct guests to spread a radish with some butter and sprinkle it with a little salt.
