Radishes with Butter and Salt

1/2 pound small radishes, scrubbed and trimmed
6 tablespoons European or European-style butter, at room temperature
About 1 tablespoon kosher salt


Place the radishes in a small serving dish. Serve the butter and a small dish of salt on the side. Direct guests to spread a radish with some butter and sprinkle it with a little salt.
