Radishes in Browned Butter and Lemon

    Made these tonight. They were so yummy! I'd never tried cooked radishes before. Even my husband liked them and he is NOT a veggie man!

    Wasn't sure if I would like this since I've never really cooked radishes before but I had some in the fridge so I thought I'd give it a go. Really enjoyed this and very easy and quick to make! Goes well with almost anything. My radishes already had their tops cut off so I stirred in some mixed greens&herbs that I had instead of the radish leaves and that seemed to do the trick.

    This was very fast, healthy, and tasty. But a little bland for my tastes. Next time I'll do this Lebanese style and add some sumac.

    Good, simple side dish. To some degree tastes a bit like potatoes, and is something of a different way to prepare radishes, at least for us. I liked it, but agree it is a bit simple in terms of flavor. I'd suggest going with pepper to taste.
