  • 6 large radishes, grated
  • 1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  1. 1. Toss together all ingredients. Cover and chill up to 2 hours. Season with salt to taste.
