Radish-Cucumber Salsa
Texans love their salsa. This one is great for dipping, or use it as a topping for grilled meats and fish.
Yield: Makes 2 cups
Ingredients
- 3 large tomatoes, chopped
- 2 medium cucumbers, chopped
- 4 large radishes, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
