- 1 piece (1-inch; about 1/2 ounce) fresh ginger
- 1 (about 4 ounces) lemon, peeled, pith removed and halved
- 5 (about 4 ounces) Tuscan kale leaves
- 1 (about 8 ounces) Gala apple, halved, cored and cut into wedges
- 1 (small; about 8 ounces) red beet, scrubbed and cut into wedges
- 1 (large; about 12 ounces) cucumber, cut into 3-inch pieces
How to Make It
In an electric juicer, juice all of the ingredients. Serve right away.
