I love this lasagna recipe. Even my carnivore leaning family will eat this without meat! Only substitution was the no boil lasagna noodles. Would serve to company. Served with french bread, salad, fruit. Easy to make - delish!

I was nervous of how good this actually would be - and I was plesantly surprised how delicious it was! I plan to make this one of my regular recipes for lasagna because it was so easy! My Modifications: Used No-Boil Noodles, Added Ground Turkey Sausage, Used 1.5 jars of Classico Spicy Tomato Basil Sauce. I made this the night before and refrigerated - came out perfect the next night - still enjoying the leftovers!

While I normally would not serve lasagna to guests, I have to give this 5 stars. The taste is worthy of guests and the culinary bang for the effort is impressive. I followed the recipe without modifications.

My husband and I love this lasagna and have made it for company numerous times, with rave reviews. I tend to add a little extra dijon and garlic because I like the kick each gives to the lasagna. Serve it with a salad and some crusty bread, and you've got a great weeknight meal.

I made this for my family the other night thinking at best it would be filling. But it was really a very good recipe considering that it is low in calories. We all loved it. It was very tasty. This is a good family recipe to keep in the "regular" list. It was also easy which is always a plus.

Fantastic recipe! The mustard gives this such a unique flavor, and the cream cheese provides a creamy texture I've never had in a low-fat recipe. I used a little extra prepared mustard, since I didn't have dry mustard. Worked out great! Once I didn't have lasagna noodles, so I modified for stuffed shells. Big hit with the family!

I used no cook lasagna noodles and it came out wonderful! This made it super easy and I loved that I could freeze the leftovers for another dinner. I recommend it!

This was good and very easy. I ended up adding a little more tomato sauce. I wouldn't suggest no bake noodles--they were convenient, but the lasagna ended up a bit dry. Can't beat it for the effort!

Best lasagna ever! I omitted the cream cheese, and added some ground turkey. I also used no bake noodles with vidalia onion tomato sauce (2 jars because of the no bake noodles), and some vidalia onions sauteed with the meat. Can't wait to make this again!

This was one of the worst lasagnas I've ever made - and with a name that qualifies it as being for a special occasion, I was that much more disappointed with the results. Nothing special about it, not good tasting, and with so many truly outstanding light lasagna recipes on the site, skip this one.

This lasagna was VERY easy to make! I substituted no-boil noodles for cooked noodles and it turned out delicious. My husband said it tasted just like the Stouffer's version (he then said, "That's a compliment.") Easy and quick for a weeknight meal
