Ingredients

  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Ground Sage
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Ground Thyme
  • 1/2 cup(s) Olive oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Potatoes
  • 1 Quorn loaf
  • 1 ounce(s) Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup(s) water

Preparation

  1. 1. Thaw quort for two days in refrigerator or in hot water; cut plastic casing off of loaf

  2. 2. Halve potatoes, quarter onions, slice carrots and arrange around quort in large casserole dish

  3. 3. Mix together olive oil, soy sauce, water, and herbs and pour over quort and vegetables

  4. 4. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour; uncover and bake for an additional 15-30 minutes
