Ingredients
- 2 Carrots
- 1 tablespoon(s) Dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon(s) Ground Sage
- 1 teaspoon(s) Ground Thyme
- 1/2 cup(s) Olive oil
- 1 Onion
- 4 Potatoes
- 1 Quorn loaf
- 1 ounce(s) Soy Sauce
- 1 cup(s) water
Preparation
- 1. Thaw quort for two days in refrigerator or in hot water; cut plastic casing off of loaf
- 2. Halve potatoes, quarter onions, slice carrots and arrange around quort in large casserole dish
- 3. Mix together olive oil, soy sauce, water, and herbs and pour over quort and vegetables
- 4. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour; uncover and bake for an additional 15-30 minutes
