How to Make It
Combine cooked quinoa and buttermilk in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 45 seconds. Stir; let stand for 1 minute. Top with sliced strawberries, almonds, and honey.

I really tried to like this as is because I love quinoa, but the grain and buttermilk needed more sweetness than just the teaspoon of honey drizzled on top.
