Made this a few times now and I always get requests for the recipe. It really is delish! I do use pistachios just because I think they hold their texture a little better. Great to make when that green salad gets a little old.

Delicious. Can be made a day or so ahead. I added sunflower seeds and substituted Craisins as the grocery was out of apricots. Simply wonderful and it is fabulous to have a make ahead green salad.

This is a great salad, made it yesterday and it was very tasty while still warm. As I don't care for apricots, I followed another suggestion and used craisins and also substituted sunflower seeds as that is what I had on hand. Great substitutions! Today had the salad and the flavors melded even better after overnight. This will be great to make a double batch on the weekend and take for an easy lunch. I'm thinking it will be great with a bit of leftover turkey thrown in!

This sals is a hit with all guest (they all asked me for the recipe!). I sometimes add fresh peach, too. Also, substitute pumpkin seeds with whatever toasted nuts I have on hand.
