Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cucumber, seeded & diced
  • Fresh chopped basil or rosemary
  • 1/2 red onion or scallions diced
  • 3 Roma plum tomatoes, seeded & diced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Spike
  • 3 tablespoon(s) toasted sesame oil

Preparation

Rinse quinoa. Fix 1 c. quino & 2c. water.

Bring to a boil, cover, and turn down to simmer for 12 min.

Add other ingredients and toss well.
