- 1 cucumber, seeded & diced
- Fresh chopped basil or rosemary
- 1/2 red onion or scallions diced
- 3 Roma plum tomatoes, seeded & diced
- 1 tablespoon(s) Spike
- 3 tablespoon(s) toasted sesame oil
- Rinse quinoa. Fix 1 c. quino & 2c. water.
- Bring to a boil, cover, and turn down to simmer for 12 min.
- Add other ingredients and toss well.
