Quick Whipping Cream Biscuits

    These turned out ok. I never made biscuits before, and I think I did pretty good with this recipe. They didn't rise much, but I think it's because I ended up adding too much whipping cream to it. And, I might have over kneaded it. BUT all-in-all, this is great recipe for when you want a quick simple biscuit. :)

    Everyone agrees that these are the best tasting biscuits ever (and they're the easiest). They don't rise up a lot but no one seems to mind. They don't need any additional butter on them.

    Over kneading will cause your biscuits not to rise very high.be careful to not over knead and handle the dough to much. great recipe and very easy.
