How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°.

Step 2

Place yams in a large bowl. Coarsely mash with a potato masher. Stir in crème fraîche and next 6 ingredients (through egg). Spoon potato mixture into an 8-inch square glass or ceramic baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with marshmallows and almonds. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated and marshmallows are browned.
