Quick Pita Chips

Store chips in a zip-top plastic bag or other air-tight container to keep them crisp.

Ingredients

  • 3 whole wheat pita rounds, halved horizontally
  • Cooking spray

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350°.

2. Cut each pita half into 8 wedges. Spray wedges with cooking spray, and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 8 minutes or until crisp.
