Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms; sauté 4 minutes. Add onion and next 4 ingredients; sauté 8 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Add pizza sauce and pasta; cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly or until thoroughly heated and pasta is evenly coated with sauce. Remove from heat, and top with cheese.
Wrap handle of pan with foil; broil 1 minute or until cheese melts.
I threw this together when I wasn't planning on cooking dinner. It was fast. I will make it again. I was out of garlic so I used garlic powder. I didn't have fresh mushrooms so I used a can. I didn't have mozzarella cheese so I used colby. So many changes I wasn't sure if I should rate it. I will make this again with the actual ingredients.
