Ingredients

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 clove(s) garlic crushed
  • 1 green bell pepper chopped
  • 3 1/2 cup(s) chicken stock
  • 15 ounce(s) chopped tomatoes
  • 2 long grain rice
  • 2 teaspoon(s) paprika
  • 1/2 cup(s) cooked chicken chopped
  • 1 cup(s) shrimp cooked
  • 1/2 cup(s) edamane

Preparation

  1. Heat oil. Add onion, garlic, pepper, cook for 5 minutes, stirring til soft. Add stock, tomatoes, rice, paprika, chicken, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Uncover and stir in shrimp and peas. Cook for another 5 minutes. (low fat)
