  • 8 ounces liverwurst
  • 5 teaspoons port
  • 1/2 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Sliced baguette or crackers


  1. In the bowl of a food processor, combine the liverwurst, port, parsley, and nutmeg. Puree until smooth and creamy. Serve with a baguette or crackers.
