Ingredients

1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 egg white
2 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

Combine butter and egg white (at room temperature); beat well. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating mixture well after each addition. Gently stir in vanilla.
