Quick 'n' Easy Chicken Barbecue Pizza

    This was a great recipe to do. I didn't have predone chicken strips so I just cooked some cubed fresh chicken breasts with salt, pepper and garlic powder on it in a skillet and topped the pizza with that. I will add more veggies next time as well. I oringinally sought out a pizza recipe as I had a predone pizza crust left over from another night so I used that instead of the dough and only cooked the finished pizza for 8 minutes. Will also add more cheese next time. Will do this recipe again!

    Excellent! I used my own pizza dough and browned some ground turkey in place of the chicken. Delicious! We liked the sweetness the BBQ sauce gave instead of the regular tomato pizza sauce. This is definitely one recipe I'll make again.

    This wasn't what I expected. I didn't have predone chicken so I added the chicken with the onion and bell pepper. I think it was missing something though, like more veggies or something to make the flavor pop. I found it bland. My fiance finished it off because he loves melted cheese and BBQ sauce, and I made sure I added more cheese than what it called out. I don't think I'm making it again. There are many pizza recipes out there I can try that I will find great without the need to add something more.

    Loved this! And you can use homemade crust as well. (Tastes really good with tomatoes!)

    I hate when I have to change a recipe the first time using it, and if I do, I try not to comment because it's not very fair. However, given that this was the best meal I've had all year, I figured I'd make an exception. The thing changed was that I used pulled pork (using Lou's, slow roasted, pre cooked shredded pork) instead of shredded chicken for the simple fact I was looking for pulled pork recipes and somehow got lead to this. I do not regret it though! It was devoured in a matter of minutes and I can not wait to try it with the chicken, which is my preferred meat of choice. I have no doubt that that will earn even more stars!!
