Ingredients

  • 1 can(s) black beans
  • 1 can(s) corn
  • 1 can(s) mexican style stewed or diced tomatoes chopped or pureed, if stewed
  • chopped or powdered onion
  • chopped or powdered garlic
  • cilantro leaves

Preparation

  1. Drain beans and corn and combine with tomatoes in a bowl. Season with onion, garlic, and cilantro to taste.
