Worthy of a Special Occasion

A terrific vegetarian version of chicken gravy. I make it with vegetable broth and poultry seasoning.

I really enjoyed this recipe, it was great with some mushrooms chopped up in it and was perfect over some baked chicken. Was quick and easy and perfect for a weeknight!
