Quick Gravy

This quick gravy recipe is perfect for Thanksgiving, or any other time you're craving some good gravy.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth

Preparation

Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat; add flour, poultry seasoning, salt, and black pepper, stirring with a whisk. Gradually add broth, stirring until blended. Cook 2 minutes or until thick, stirring constantly.
