You can make a quick from-scratch focaccia in less time than it takes you to run to the store and back.
1 (10-ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust dough
Olive oil-flavored cooking spray
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon bottled minced garlic
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
How to Make It
Preheat oven to 400°.
Unroll dough into a rectangle on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Brush dough with 2 teaspoons olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic and rosemary. Bake at 400° for 17 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Sprinkle with kosher salt.
