    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    These are so good! I made my own mashed taters, and cut the recipe in half, but was faithful to the proportions. Loved them. I served with Bainagan Bharta, so didn't do the chutney, but having something saucy is definitely a good idea. My husband and I both loved them, and he hogged the leftovers. Boo.
