This was really good, easy and quick to make. Wonderful spicy flavor... perfect for any occasion.

Delicious and juicy! I made this on our indoor electric tabletop grill.

Delicious! I'm not much of a barbecue person, but this spice rub was yummy and different. I made it with boneless skin-on breasts in our toaster oven broiler (we live in an apartment), and it burnt the skin to a crisp but the chicken was moist and delicious. I will definitely make this again.

I modified this recipe a bit b/c of what I had on hand: 8 boneless, skinless breasts. I multiplied all the spices by 4, then wrapped the meat in HD foil before grilling.. 12 minutes; flip, then ten minutes, then unwrap and brown.. the cinnamon came thru surprisingly strong... Yes, I'd make it again, but I'd tweak it a bit more for more heat and less sweet!

The chicken was moist, but the skin burned quickly even with my grill flame very low. I really couldn't taste the spice rub at all. I would have doubled the spices, but have to be careful because of my heat-sensitive husband. I don't think I'll make this again.

Can't BBQ at our condo so I broiled it in the oven. Turned out very tasty. Not enough seasoning would double it. Very moist! That was the big surprise both mother and daughter who made it got. Went well with sliced fresh tomatoes and corn on the cob. Great BBQ dinner indoors. Will most definitely make it again.
